At HLSK Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, we offer returns or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all security tags and packaging intact before initiating a request.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your jewellery in its original box and use a trackable shipping service to send the parcel back to our studio.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
